Youngstar’s Foundation owner, Kingsley and his wife Irene Bangwell are the co-founders of the KNOSK school. With over two decades of experience in youth empowerment, Kingsley Bangwell is the Founder of Youngstars Development Initiative, he is also an ASHOKA Fellow, a YGL Alumnus of the World Economic Forum, an Alumnus of different prestigious fellowships including Harvard Kennedy Leadership School of Public Policy, Yale University 21st Century Leadership Module, Stanford Democracy and Leadership Program, among others. His wife, Irene boasts 14 years experience in education innovation and capacity building. Shel is the creator of the Education Innovation Map. She is an author and with her husband, they co-host of the Family street radio program.

Admission into the KNOSK Secondary School, Kuje happens in phases and in the following order; Pick up of free forms after market and community outreaches to the poorest and underserved households. Submission of forms with all the required documents which includes evidence of parents financial status, Parents MUST be minimum wage earners Verification of Forms and Documents KYC Visits, verified forms will have their homes visited by team members to confirm the financial status of the family as recorded in the forms. Placement Test, successful applicants will be invited for entrance examinations and tested for arithmetic, literacy and writing in mathematics, general studies, English language, Leadership essay and reading tests. The Knosk uses the Nigerian Curriculum but infused with the KNOSK Action Learning Curriculum which emphasizes computer-based, problem solving and creativity in learning and application. Termly hackathons are organised to test for real life application of knowledge learnt in the classroom
A pay-as-you go, pay-as-you-can model that allows parents to pay as low as N100 daily. Payments can be made daily,weekly, monthly or termly. Action Learning 
There are 6 ways to support a low-income child at the KNOSK N100-a-day school: Pay for a desk- N15,000 per child

Pay for a set of uniforms- N7,500 per child Pay for the KNOSK Action Learning Workbook and Notebooks- N15,000 per child

Pay for termly tuition-N37,000 per child

Pay for termly meals-N18,000 per child

Termly fee is N66,000, You can co-sponsor or take up the burden fully.

Individuals and organizations can sign-up to fully sponsor a child or co-sponsor a child. You get to choose the amount and then make a donation.

You can donate N100-a-day, N500\week , N2,000\monthly. 10 people donating N2000\monthly can keep a child in school.
