Ifeoma Okoye

An effective HR professional, with extensive leadership and management expertise for over 20 years across professional services, banking, healthcare, telecommunication, technology and management consultancy.
Ifeoma Executive Director Business Development – Brains and Hammers, a leading real estate company with thousands of bespoke buildings and housing estates in Nigeria. She is a professional with wealth of experience in start-up operations across human capital management, real estate development and management, business strategy, turnaround plans, process mapping and business re-engineering.

She holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University Business School (UK). She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development(M.C.I.P.D) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Managers.

Ifeoma has a sound knowledge of real estate investment strategies and fund generation, with experience spanning developing sales, marketing communications and budget plans to implementing sound corporate governance structure for large corporates, SMEs in Nigeria and the UK.

Dr. Lanre Olusola
The Catalyst

The Catalyst Lanre Olusola has created, mastered and deployed Integrative and Transformative Catalysis (ITC); providing individuals, organizations, families, couples and groups of different sizes the platform to transition from where they are to where they desire and deserve to be.He is renowned for pioneering the life coaching industry in Nigeria and creating the first wholly integrative coaching academy in West Africa.With over 2 decades of coaching experience, The Catalyst is a Certified General Electric (GE) Executive Coaching Master Trainer and a GE Regional Croton Ville Executive coaching faculty member.

Having worked as an engineer, serial entrepreneur, in the not for profit sector, with government agencies and more, The Catalyst has a 360-degree experience in major industries. An alumnus of the Harvard Business School, The Catalyst’s advanced studies in Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Quantum Physics, led him to become an AAMET U.K. Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Therapist.

He created the ESP and VSP 5-star performance models which have been used globally to alter complex behavioural, traditional and cultural codes, programs and paradigms; one of the many beneficiaries being the Stanford University’s Affiliate Faculty (The Institute for Venture Designs). In January 2019, The Catalyst launched Africa’s first digital coaching platform, CoachME Online.
He serves as an Executive Director at Ebony Life Television, Board of Trustee member at the International Coach Federation (ICF) Nigeria and is the founder of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN).

Irene Bangwell
Founder

Irene Bangwell is an educator and a parenting coach.
As an educator, Irene is Founder of KNOSK N100-a-day Secondary School, Kuje. This is a private-public Secondary school designed for children from poorest households and out-of-school children. As a teacher trainer with emphasis on active learning, she developed the Education Innovation Toolkit in Dubai in 2014, the toolkit contained activities to deepen classroom learning. She is currently the Technical Anchor for Education Commission of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG).

As a parenting coach; Irene is the creator of the Body Smart Bundle for Girls; a Biblical Abstinence Based Sex Education Tool for girls, educators and parents of girls. Her annual virtual bootcamp for girls brings thousands of girls together for a 3 days body safety emersion. She has authored 5 books being used by families in over 8 countries. Irene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Calabar, A Post Graduate Diploma in Education from University of Ilorin and Executive Education Certificate in Leaders of Learning from HarvardX.


Over the next 20 years, she is focused on pioneering a home-grown education innovation through the KNOSK N100 A-Day Charity School.

Kingsley Bangwell
CoFounder

Kingsley Bangwell is Founder of Youngstars Foundation and Co-Founder of KNOSK N100 A-Day Secondary School for children from low income families. In 1995 at age 21, he started Youngstars Development Initiative (YDI) which has grown to building young people and raising youth champions for social change. His organization has facilitated over 90 youth workshops, about 500 step-down workshops, 200+ television and radio shows among others, youth from 35 African countries have physically attended his different programs, including hosting Thinking School Africa in Dubai. In 2019, 23 participants of his youth training program won elections in 6 northern states of Nigeria. He also pioneered the ‘Female And More’ leadership program with 17,000 young females from across Africa registered and over 6,000 young females completing the modules in the last 4 years.

Kingsley Bangwell studied Social Works and Community Development at Plateau State Polytechnic.  He is well travelled and has been recognized by several renowned global institutions, including awarded Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, he is an ASHOKA Fellow, UN Innovation Consultant, Alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School, Stanford University CDDRL Program, US Embassy Alumni Exchange Program, a Dangote Fellow, among others.

Over the next 20 years, he is focused on pioneering a home-grown education innovation through the KNOSK N100 A-Day Charity School.

Bankole Olusola

Mrs. Bankole, is a graduate of Guidance and Counseling from Ado Ekiti University and master’s degree from the University of Ibadan in the same discipline. She is a passionate and seasoned educator who serves as the director of Bankys Private School situated in Abuja.

With national and international exposure to relevant best practices in education, she is a resource speaker at educational functions empowering 21st century educators and equipping them with ethical educational values.  She has mentored and still mentors School leaders, Parents and Teachers on the field. She is driven with the belief of raising the bar on education in Nigeria to rank among global players and such facilitated her servings as a committee member in the Northern Zone of Association of Christian Schools International [ACSI] as well as committee lead in the Curriculum Committee and Advocacy Committee of NAPPS (National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools)

As a mother and mentor to four girls, she jointly leads the educational frontier with her husband, Engineer Ilesanmi Bankole, challenging status quo and pioneering future bench marks

Maneesh Garg

Mr. Maneesh Garg is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully transformed the Family business, Afriglobal Group from a trading and distribution company of raw chemicals and soft commodities to include other industries covering Healthcare, supply chain management and integrated logistics. He has a first degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford, UK and a Master’s Degree in Economics at the North-Western University, US.

Under his visionary leadership, Afriglobal Group has become a conglomerate with business interests in the chemicals distribution, Logistics and healthcare industries. With an impressing turnover of millions of dollars per annum, its operations are beyond Nigeria, with operations in Cameroun, Ghana, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Egypt. Afriglobal also have offices in India, China and South Korea. Notwithstanding its international outlook, the Afriglobal Group of companies has remained true to its African Origin.

Dr. Sam Amadi

Dr. Sam Amadi, a policy strategist and law and governance expert, is the Director of Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts and a Visiting Professor at the Emerald Energy Institute at the University of Port Harcourt. He is the Chair of the Development Law Group of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Public Interest Law and Development (SPIDEL), which he is a founding council member.

He was Associate Professor and head of Department of International Law and Jurisprudence at Baze University, Abuja until June 2021. He was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies from 2016-2018. From 2010-2015, he was Chairman and CEO of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). He has been editor of journals and held lecturing and advisory positions in universities, government institutions and international organizations.

Amadi has been a member of several boards including, UN’s Advisory Council of Global Electricity Initiative, Section on Public Interest and Development Law of the Nigerian Bar Association, Center for Law and Social Action (CLASA), and Maldova Foundation, a Washington-based policy Think Tank. He was a Fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, Kennedy School of Government in Harvard. He has authored books and articles in both local and leading international journals. He presently coordinates the Abuja School of Social and Political Thoughts and Chief Ideas Officer of the Logosphere Advisory, a public sector policy and strategy consulting firm in Abuja

He holds a research doctorate degree (SJD) in Law from the Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts (2004), a Master of Public Administration (MPA), (2003) and a master’s in law (LL.M (2001), from the same institution. He has an LL.B., from the University of Calabar, in 1992. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993 after passing from the Nigerian Law School.

Ummi Suleiman Ilu

Ummi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Described as clever, adept and versatile, Ummi can provide novel solutions on current and future problems in her areas of proficiency with ease whenever required to do so.

She is a lifelong leaner and a dedicated explorer of ideas who combine both historical and contemporary knowledge in navigating new frontiers of knowledge for needed real life interventions and interests. Her working experience spans across the private and public sector including almost a decade in marketing, commercial and project finance functions where she acquired diverse skills in financial analysis and customer service delivery. She holds a BSc Accounting from Bayero University, Kano and MSc Energy Finance from University of Dundee, UK She loves contributing and giving back to the society. She’s a quintessential human being with high morals and ethics. Her activism and advocacy ranges from fighting for freedom, justice & fairness, education and inclusion for all, especially the girl child, children with special needs and women in general.
